Big Time Rush, the musical group featured in the Nickelodeon series “Big Time Rush,” will perform live at Universal Studios at 7 p.m. Saturday. Earlier in the day, there will be opportunities to see a not-yet-seen episode of the show that will be screened at the park’s Animal Actors Theater. Show times are 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. The concert is included in regular theme-park admission.
The hit boy band Big Time Rush recently returned from a tour around Europe! It’s no surprise that the super cute band, made up of, Kendall Schmidt, Logan Henderson, Carlos Pena, and James Maslow, is becoming an international pop sensation!
Recently, Kendall sat down with MTVAsia- here are some highlights!
On who is most popular: “We did a promo tour across U.S. and every state seems to like one of us more than the others. I would say it evens out and it’s pretty hard to say who is the most popular guy in the band!”
On favorite music: “Yeah! I grew up listening to rock music. Some of my favorite bands are Taking Back Sunday, Incubus, Muse, Radiohead and Foo Fighters – more alternative rock stuff.”
On Justin Timberlake: “Justin has such a cool career with his music and acting. So yeah, I definitely look up to him as a role model who was part of a successful group and later made it on his own. It’s a dream come true.”
Big Time Rush want to write a track with Justin Bieber.
The ‘Boyfriend’ group have previously performed on the same bill as the teen heartthrob in America and would love the opportunity to cement their friendship in the studio and make a song together.
The boy band’s Carlos Pena Jr. told BANG Showbiz: “One of our first shows was with Justin Bieber, and at that point he was very shy.
“It’s nuts to think about how he’s blown up, but we’d love to write a song with him, he’s very talented, that guy works his butt off, he puts in the work.”
The group – which also includes Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow and Logan Henderson – are presently in the UK, which has caused a stir with home-grown Boyband JLS, who jokingly warned them to
“get off our patch” by a text message when they appeared on TV show ‘Daybreak’, however Big Time Rush aren’t worried and would like to play on the same bill as their rivals.
Logan said: “And JLS we looked up and we heard a bunch of their songs and their harmonies are killer and to me that makes me want to strive and get to that level. Pop music makes the world go round, so the more the merrier. We’d love to do a tour with them or something, that would be really cool.”

Big Time Rush’s never-before-released music video for their track “Stuck” has gone viral. “This is one of a series of three music videos I directed for BTR, all of them in one day. This particular one never aired, but I liked it and the song better than any of them,” director Marcus Wagner said.
“Stuck” is an iTunes bonus track of Big Time Rush’s eponymous debut album “B.T.R.” which came out October 2010. The record debuted at No. 3 on Billboard Hot 200 and broke the Top 10 list of iTunes chart by the end of the year.
The album was soon followed by an extended play titled “Holiday Bundle” which consists of two Christmas songs taken from one-hour Christmas special of their TV series. In the show, they covered Mariah Carey’s “All I Want to Christmas Is You” with Miranda Cosgrove, but appear solo in the mini album.
Looks like Big Time Rush are confused as we are on why they’re bundled up in winter coats when it’s a beach party!

Our new layout is here! I finally got around to coding it. Jennifer gave me the layout when she gave me the site I just had to get around to getting it coded which I did and i got it up. <3 I’m still adding a few affiliates and fixing up our pictures but those should be fixed within the next hour or so.
